What we do and who we work with

We are a network of Certified Nursing Assistants ready to serve the community.We are experienced care-partners in Post-Acute, Skilled- Nursing and Long-Term Care environments.We may come alone or with a partner, we work in teams and each member of our teams are hand selected. All our members are by referral only, and someone always supervises our work. We work closely with our Team Leaders and your Nurse CMs ( Case Managers), informing them of any changes we observe while performing our tasks.By our operating model, our clients can arrange for task-specific services, and we can optimize the time in which services are rendered.This approach makes us efficient and allows us to complete tasks timely and as necessary. This makes practical use of our client’s resources allowing affordable services to be rendered throughout the day as needed.When you select our services, You will be our team’s personal client and together we will be your care-partners.
