Our provider program and compensation rates have been meticulously crafted based on insights gathered from healthcare providers like you who are actively engaged in similar work.
Our vision revolves around establishing a robust network of highly qualified providers. To achieve this, every registered member is required to come through a referral system. This approach not only ensures that providers meet our stringent standards but also aids us in curating the most suitable professionals for our teams.

Qualifications

3- years full time experience in healthcare/ Subacute/ LTC/ ALF or HHA Setting – will need to provide W2
Must be currently employed by a healthcare facility.
Pass medical and background check
Referred by a current health partner and 2 referrals.
Providers are responsible to obtain Individual practice liability insurance. This protects you if the client decides to sue you for Malpractice. However, as non-medical service providers we suggest you do your own research whether you can benefit from having this insurance or not.

Fees and Charges
Annual fees will not be applied to anyone in their first year of service.
We are all working as a team, and we want your participation in this venture to be financially risk free.

We want to be able to serve and provide you with the best support and training in sales, service, marketing and self- improvement. One of the reasons we prefer members to be employed full time in a Skilled-Nursing or Long-Term Care facility is that we believe being in this environment and being an ACTIVE HCP gives you the opportunity to intentionally improve your skills and techniques in serving clients and applying what you learn from both environments in enriching your own practice as an independent Health Care Provider. Having a clear purpose on the standards and quality you want to deliver to your clients and consistently striving to reach and maintain this quality and standard benefits not only your clients but most of all it benefits yourself as a professional.

You can pick up a request before or after your shifts or during your days off. You can partner up with another HCP to render services faster and lighten the load of an assignment. Get to know your clients and be regularly booked for that steady extra flow of income.
